Mainresponsibilities
Market intelligence:
• Draft narrativeand analysis of telecom and IT service innovation in China
• Developoperational knowledge about Asian ICT ecosystem
• Monitormarket and industrial trends in technology, products and services
• Identify,meet and assess potential market players or suppliers
• Lead marketresearch project on key topics
• Respond topunctual request for market intelligence
• Contributeto internal market intelligence publication and documentation
• Organizeand participate in study trip, seminar, meetings with partners in Great China
Commodity sourcing:
• Providesupplier market analysis and recommendation following Orange specifications
• Collect andconsolidate all data related to assigned commodity (volume, market shares ofexisting supplier, price reference, key technology/component, etc.)
• Prepare RFI/RFP
• Understandstructure and dynamics of supplier offer (key actors, challengers)
• Participateinto response analysis & negotiation
• Facilitatecontract signing, contract implementation, PO management and delivery
• Manage keycommodities across the whole sourcing process
• Providesupport to sourcing team in Orange business units
Job Requirement: • Bachelor’sdegree or master’s degree in telecommunication, electric/electronicengineering, computer science or relevant majors. • 2~3 yearswork experience in telecom or IT companies. • Able tounderstand basic ICT product architecture and requirement, understand basictechnical issues. • Strongknowledge and sensibility in ICT innovation in China. • Fluency inEnglish, good writing skill. • Oralfluency in French. • Proactive,well-organized, and self-disciplined. • Optionalrequirements which might be a plus. • A seconddegree or major in business, marketing, economy. • Workexperience in sourcing, technical sales, or business development. • Goodknowledge about Chinese telecom supplier market. • Knowledgeabout telecom market in Europe and MEA regions. • Goodpresentation skills. • Fluency inChinese.
