摘要	This ITU-T Recommendation specifies the maximum network limits of jitter and wander that shall not be exceeded and the minimum equipment tolerance to jitter and wander that shall be provided at any relevant transport or synchronization interfaces which are based on the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH).The requirements for the jitter and wander characteristics that are specified in this ITU-T Recommendation must be adhered to in order to ensure interoperability of equipment produced by different manufacturers and a satisfactory network performance. 本建议规定了抖动和漂动的最大网络限值，这些值不能超过任何相关传输或同步接口提供的抖动和漂动的最小设备公差。在本建议中规定的抖动和漂动性质的要求的执行，确保了不同制造商设备的互用性和一个满意的网络性能。
