[讨论]路径损耗值C1与小区重选参数C2

大家给我讲讲C1与C2的关联与功能，无线有点困惑
C1:Value of the path loss criteria (C1). Range is -99 - 999.
C2:Value of the cell reselection criteria (C2). Range is -99 - 999. If phone is phase 1 then C1 value is shown.
