Customer complaint handling
24/7 BO support in case of any reported issue.
Health Check for respective Core NEs.

Nationality: Chinese
Education: BE Engineer
Experience: 4-5 years ( minimum related experience)
Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
Language: English.
