具体JD如下：
MBB network IP CORE and IP Metro delivery and service migration,
need 7+ years huawei IP CORE and Metro delivery experience,  
could make IP CORE and Metro HLD/LLD independently.
could prepare service migration solution and implement migration independently.
3+ years oversea experience, good at writing and communication in English.
