Position FPGA Development Engineer
Location Shanghai
Responsibility Take charge of large FPGA design and validation in wireless equipment.
-Implementation of complex FPGA design. Take part in the architecture definition, implementation and verification phases.
-Detailed design specification and test plan development. Develop and implement block level RTL, perform synthesis and achieve timing closure. Standalone module, full chip and system level v
erification, formal verification and equivalence checking.
-Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, diagnostics, signal integrity group).
-Assist in complex subsystem level bring-up, integration, and unit test verification.
Qualification 1.Education background: Master
2.Major in: communication engineering or computer communication
3.Working experience: more than three years
4.Computer skill: familiarity
5.Language ability: Good on reading and writing English technology documents

Detail Skill Requirement:
-Experience in high performance FPGA design from start to finish.
-Good understanding of FPGA methodologiesand tool flows.
-Working knowledge using HDL languagesand Modelsim, scripting and programming languages (Matlab, C and C++, Linux, Shell).
-With deep understanding for digital signal processing technique. Good knowledge with wireless system architecture (UMTS, LTE, etc).
-Excellent English written, team and people skills. .
-Rigorous logical thinking，be conscientious and meticulous，few mistakes during work. Be credibility and integrity.  Study, work and life arrangements to be arranged in good order.
-Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

project Overview
The ePIMC (External PIM Cancellation) Product, AFAA, is a network element that resides between the AirScale System Module
(FSM) and up to 9 Remote Radio Heads (RRH).  The AFAA includes a fully weatherized chassis and may be tower or ground mounted.
The AFAA intercepts the uplink signals from the RRHs and cancels any PIM that may due to downlink signals proceeding from the
FSM toward the RRHs.
The AFAA includes a Front Haul Switch feature that connects downstream fibers between the FSM and AFAA and routes control, uplink and downlink signals onto upstream fibers proceeding toward the RRHs.
IM are created when high power downlink signals generated within the RRH mix within non-linearities in the antenna system or in the RF environment. If PIM interference falls on uplink channels in use by the BTS then desensitization
of the uplink channel will occur, reducing cell range and degrading Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The AFAA intercepts PIM signals appearing within uplink channels coming from the RRH and cancels the PIM before passing the cleaned uplink channel on toward the FSM.
