Position: Filter Specialist Location：Hangzhou JOB ROLES (if defined)& RESPONSIBILITIES: l Development and implementation of RF passive part and active circuits (LNA etc) test solution in NSN SHA plant l Passive filter tuning training to production line l Diagnosis on yield and quality problem l Continuous test solution optimization l NPI & Prototyping &Mass production support l Participate in global projects l Answer technical questions as well as day to day operational questions DELIVERABLES/PERFORMANCE MEASURES l To provide DFT (cavity filter tuning and testing) support to R&D l To provide cavity filter testing solution with high reliability and productivity, given the target cost and time schedule SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE l Good RF testing knowledge l Deep background in cavity filter design, testing, tuning l Good command of RF instrument operation l Familiar with wireless communication theory and standard l Good command of written and spoken English l Strong analysis and problem solving ability l Team work and continuous improvement sense l Minimum 5 years experience in cavity filter area l Bachelor degree or above ( major in electronics / telecommunication / microwave engineering )
