If itis possible to assume that the MOM attribute (endcSplitAllowedNonDynPwrShUe)will be set to the same value on the network wide despite of differenet eNBs,is checking the endcSplitAllowedNonDynPwrShUe needed when there is any bearer withserviceType as “VoIP”, “PTT” or “MC_SIGNALING”? Decision: We have an assumption thatendcSplitAllowedNonDynPwrShUe is set to the same value on the network wide.
NR B1and A5 measurements are not configured according to the following EN-DC setupcriteria:
If NRband is FR1 and UE has at least one VoIP or PTT bearer and endcSplitAllowedNonDynPwrShUeis FALSE and UE doesn’t support dynamic power sharig, then split bearer is notallowed.
Otherwise,NR B1 and A5 measurements are configured even if there is at least one voicebearer with VOIP or PTT.
