Project Manager
Roles　and　Responsibilities:
*　To　be　responsible　for　project　planning,　execution　and　follow-up;
*　To　report　the　General　Manager　for　the　progress　of　the　project;
*　To　be　responsible　for　the　quality　assurance　of　the　software　
   development　process;
*　To　work　closely　with　the　line　management;
*　To　propose　and　lead　corrective　actions　whenever　appropriate;
Requirement:
*　University　degree　in　computer　science,　EE　or　related　area;
*　Excellent　knowledge　of　mobile　data　applications,　good　knowledge　
   of　IT　technology;
*　3　years　experience　in　the　management　of　software　development　
   projects,　preferably　in　telecom　industry;
*　With　experience　of　management　tasks　with　excellent　track　records;
*　Fluent　written　and　oral　English　communication　skills;
*　Excellent　communications　skills　and　interpersonal　skills;
