[求助]关于Cache server

最近给一个客户做一个非洲无线项目时，在接入侧需要配置cache server，具体原为为“we did not see any description of a cache server, which is very important for operations in Africa with poor international connections that are very expensive.”
组网结构其实是非常简单的，就是无线接入后连接到internet即可。迷惑的是不知道这个东东具体怎么用法，哪些公司可以提供这样的产品？
有知道的达人请帮忙解释一二。
