载波聚合时，随机接入相关的信令都是在哪个cell上发的啊？
我看36.523协议中，我理解的是：nodeB在SCell上发preamble给UE，之后UE会在SCell上发preamble给nodeB，
然后nodeB在PCell上回RAR……
我不是很懂CA，有些疑问，难道SCell要将preamble传给PCell吗？还是PCell将RAR传给SCell啊？
这个过程是在PCell和SCell时间进行的，我有点弄不清nodeb内的过程，请高手指点
