JD1 – LTE/5G User Plane software senior engineer General Purpose Works as an experienced Software Engineer in LTE User PlaneSoftware design and development in LTE/LTE-A/5G. The prospective candidates will have in-depth knowledge of LTEPhysical layer, or MAC/RLC protocol and air interface. Qualifications Strong C/C++ programming skill. Good LTE knowledge, familiarity with LTE airinterface and L1 or L2/L3 3GPP specs. Embedded system development experience, knowledge ofprogramming with RTOS, it is preferable for the prospective candidates to haveprogramming experience on DSP. Solid background with middle to large scale commercialsoftware development experience, preferably agile development experience inScrum team. Proactive working attitude, self-driven andself-motivated. JD2 – LTE/5G Physical algorithm senior engineer General Purpose Works as a R&D engineer mainly focusing on the Physicallayer algorithm design and development in LTE/LTE-A/5G. Besides, he/she shall give multiplesupports for the system design, product specification, software developmentand performance verification. Main Responsibility Area He/She has the responsibility for the product-level link layeralgorithm development for the LTE/LTE-A/5G base station. He/She is also responsible for developing the Matlab basedsimulator. He/She will supports other teams for solving complexengineering problems, and may have close co-operations with global L1 algorithm experts, and also experts from systemsimulation, system architecture, product development, product research and 3GPPstandardization teams. He/She may work also outside of own process area on technicalissues and undertakes technical training responsibilities. He/She may coach the other team members. Position Description 1.
