Description  
This position is supposed to work as part of a team to research, design, implement and maintain software networking functionalities for firewall products.  
  
Responsibilities  
o Analyzing and understanding marketing/customer requirement well  
o Write high-quality documents for requirements and design.  
o High-quality design, coding and unit-testing  
o Debug and fix issue from inside and outside  
o Contribute to knowledge sharing within and outside team;  
o Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;  
  
Requirements  
o M.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering;  
o Strong knowledge of network security device (TCP/IP and Embedded system) and operating system (Linux, FreeBSD)
o Rich Experience in software development in C/C++  
o Must be self-motivated, innovative and willing to work in extra area occasionally  
o Outstanding team work and communication skills in both Chinese and English  
o Strong verbal and written communication skill in English;  
o Experience in below areas would be a plus:  
1. Linux/BSD Kernel  
2. Driver/BSP  
3. Performance tuning;  
4. Routing & Switching, L2/L3 protocols;  
5. Multi-thread programming, distribution system designing, High-Availability;  
6. Security features;
