我的宽带到底怎么了？打不开手机信息网后续

我裂开了，我家电信宽带咋就打不开手机信息网这网站啊~

今天给万号打电话报故障，然后再次把问题丢给我这边的片区负责人。。。装维师傅
然后微信沟通，师傅给了我一个tracert单词，我查询了下，是一个cmd命令，我就按照网上找到教程测试shouji.tenaa.com.cn和www.tenaa.com.cn这俩网站，测试信息下面附上
等我把测试数据整理出来发给装维以后，我准备对他说把这些东西发给上面懂这个的老师看看。没想到，还没等我把话说完，那个师傅回我说方法错误，要把tracert加在www.tenaa.com.cn前面，在浏览器打开？！我懵了，问了他就回答我有问题。。。
好吧，我按照他说的在浏览器操作，结果当然是无卵用！气哭了，好歹我也懂一些简单电脑知识，他给我说把tracert加在www前面的时候就觉奇怪的很，希望有懂得伙伴解答下疑惑。然后我说了一些话后他就不回我了。。。
如果电信不能解决我的问题，那么后面只能求助工薪部了，没办法，电信那边找不到人给我解决QAQ
