Standard Q.931 Disconnect Cause Codes???

由于工作关系，本人平时比较多的接触ISDN信令消息，但是Q931代码全是E文，网上找到一个关于Q931代码的解释，可惜也全是E文，看的我头都大了。不知道这里有没有高手呀，帮忙给翻译翻译。先谢过了。今天先发上来一部分，看大家有没有兴趣，如果有的话我继续往上加。呵呵！！！
一、 Unallocated (unassigned) number.
This number is not in the routing table or it has no path across the ISDN cloud (network).
1. Check routing table to see it the number is available.
2. Check to make sure the correct digits were dialed and it is a valid number.
二、  No route to specified transit network (national use).
The number was dialed with a transit network code such as 108880 to from AT&T to MCI and there is no route across.
三、No route to destination.
The dialed number is in the routing plan, but there is no physical route to the destination.
1. The PRI D-Channel may be down at one end or the other.
2. The span or WAN is not connected correctly.
