1 SITE CIVIL WORK
1.1 Crushed stone material supplied is qualified.
1.2 Site backfilled with plain cement, crushed stone.
1.3 The retaining wall is straight, level and vertical.
1.4 The drainage pipes are properly installed.
1.5 Fence properly installed and razor wire coiled.
1.6 Razor wire is correctly coiled, steel wire is correctly installed.
1.7 Fence gate is correctly installed and operational.
1.8 Fence gate lock is operational.
1.9 Length of the site in _______meters.
1.10 Security house wall vertical and surface is smooth.
1.11 Security house roof/wall properly installed.

2 TOWER CIVIL WORK
2.1 Tower painting is properly conducted.
2.2 Tower washers, bolts and nuts are properly installed.
2.3 Tower members are straight.
2.4 Aviation light is properly installed, grounded and operational.
2.5 RF antenna poles and brackets are properly installed and mounted on tower.
2.6 Security light is properly installed and operational (Applicable inside the metro site ONLY).
2.7 Cable tray is properly installed on the ground. (Applicable inside the metro site ONLY).

3 EARTHING INSTALLATIONS
3.1 Earthing test result reading must be <10Ω. (Engineer must confirm this reading with Earth Tester; Actual reading __________)
3.2 Earthing materials are correctly installed and connected to the site.
