摘要	This Recommendation deals with transmission planning of modern networks. The transmission parameters and overall requirements of importance for planning are listed with reference to the relevant ITU-T Recommendations. Examples of network configurations are shown. The appropriate conventions and definitions are given. In particular, the division of responsibility between network operators in a deregulated market is reflected in the definitions of the constituent parts of connections. 本建议涉及现代网的传输规划。根据相关的ITU-T建议列出了规划的重要传输参数和总的要求。示出了网络结构的实例。给出了适当的惯例和规定。特别是在连接的构成部分的定义中反映出在一个非限制市场中各网络运营者之间职责的划分。
