摘要	This Recommendation defines five categories of end-to-end speech transmission quality for 3.1 kHz handset telephony. These categories are defined as ranges of speech transmission quality in terms of "user satisfaction", tied to the ratings given by the transmission planning tool of Recommendation G.107 which takes into account the combined effects of various transmission impairments. The definitions provided here are independent of any specific technology that may be used in different types of network scenarios under consideration. 本建议定义了5种3.1 kHz 手持电话机的端到端语音传输质量。这些种类按照用户满意度定义为语音传输质量的范围，受到考虑各种传输损害的综合效应的建议G.107的传输计划工具给出的等级约束。在这里提供的定义独立于任何使用在考虑不同网络想定类型中的特殊技术。
