TD标准25.225中规定了TD基站所需要的一系列测量，如：RSCP， 时隙ISCP，SIR等共有17项。请问在实际的设计或者商业运用中，有哪些测量是必需实现的，那些是推荐实现的，而哪些则是不必要的？
