贝尔7302不明原因宕机

故障发生时管理及宽窄带业务全部中断，掉电重启后恢复。故障发生时，OLT及网管侧无ONU相关告警，由于设备为单PON口开通，上报告警为  "PON-1-1-1-1,PON:MJ,EPONLOS,SA,,,,:\"PON Loss of Signal\""
